Through our biblically based Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, we will challenge your mind, body and spirit.
The greatest thing about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is that it is focused on technique and not size or physical strength, which allows people of all shapes and sizes practice of the sport.
Why do you want to practice martial arts? Everyone has a different reason, and our individual approach will help you achieve your goals in a safe and friendly learning environment.
Through our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, students will have their mind, body and spirit challenged. Though our classes are definitely open to individuals of all faiths and beliefs, we have a biblical foundation for what we teach and our students will develop not only the physical skills of jiu jitsu, but also life and social skills from a biblical perspective.
Our adult program is for students ages 14 to 94… and then some!

Our focus is the technical development and safety of each student at our academy. An organized and comprehensive curriculum in traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is taught in our school.

Women Only Class!
Besides our mixed adult classes, we offer a special Women’s Only Class. Designed for women, this class teaches basic BJJ techniques and practical self-defense skills. Learn Fundamental Takedowns, Position Controls, Position Escapes, and Submissions and leave feeling stronger and empowered.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that teaches a smaller person to how to defend themselves against a larger attacker by using proper leverage and technique. BJJ is a grappling based art (similar to wrestling), where a majority of the training takes place on the ground, and what to do if an opponent/attacker is on top of you. This makes BJJ an excellent self-defense tool for women!
Gi and No Gi (Submission Grappling)
Though we primarily train with the gi (kimono), we also train no gi submission grappling as well.
Trinity Jiu Jitsu encourages students who want to compete to inquire to join our A-Force competition team. Since we are an official affiliate of Andre Monteiro’s A-Force Association, when we compete, we will sign up under team A-Force. Some students may not be able to join the competition team right away if they are new students.
On occasion, we might run extra classes for this and ensure that you will be adequately prepared to compete in local and nationwide tournaments.
