Trinity Jiu Jitsu and other Brasa Schools were able to get together and have a great time this passed weekend.

World Champion, Roberto Traven was in Austin to hold a seminar as well as promote Brasa black belt, Mario “Esfiha” Queiroga— He got his 4th stripe!!!

Congrats to Mario and all the others for their promotions.
I was also able to have some very special private lessons with Professor Traven!

Thanks again to Professor Mario, Traven, and everyone else!!!

Congratulations to our Trinity Jiu Jitsu Competition Team

Jared Standley competed well in is adult gi white belt division (145lbs).

Noble Simmons took 3rd place in his 16-kid novice no-gi divsion.

Kat Harrison from Claunch Academy of BJJ finished the day with a Silver Medal in Advanced Womens No-Gi , and another Silver Medal in Womens Adult Blue/Purple Belt Division.

Ashley Randall from Claunch Academy of BJJ finished with a Silver Medal in Womens Beginner (1 to 3 years experience) No-Gi (as the  only white belt in a field of Blue Belts) . And a fourth place finish in Womens White Belt Gi.

Luis Robledo from Claunch Academy of BJJ finished 4th in Mens Intermediate No-Gi after he was unable to fight for 3rd place due to injury. In his first match he won 15 to Zero.  Way to go Luis!

Ben Snow from Mario Queiroga BJJ also Recieved a Gold Medal in Mens White Belt, and a Silver in Mens Advanced No-Gi.

Hello Everyone,
